It’s widely acknowledged, and statistically supported, that incidents of domestic violence spike over the holidays.
Pop In is already back in the swing of things, with our caseworkers and volunteers supporting women of the Southern Highlands who are impacted by domestic violence and abuse.
Here are our current operating hours:
Appointments: Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm.
Drop-in: Monday and Friday, 1 to 3pm; Tuesday to Thursday, 9am to 3pm. Do make an appointment if you can.
Play and Chat: Monday and Friday mornings, 10am to 12pm. Bookings are required for our 2-hour supervised playgroup for mothers/caregivers. Book by phone 02 4872 1229, email or use the online contact form.

Pop In is open Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm. Make an appointment to visit 2 Mona Rd, Bowral.
This service is for women who live in the Wingecarribee LGA. Visitors from other areas will be referred to support closer to home. Women of all ages, ethnicity and socio-economic backgrounds are welcome.
